bad seller September 5, 2010 KVHOTT When I bought this book I was under the impression it was hardcover. When ireceived it it was soft cover and european edition. The seller was contacted and did not respond. I'm not buying a book from HIM again.
Great book for uni. level! August 24, 2010 Igor Lebedev (Amsterdam) I have read the reviews for this book and it is being criticizes for the wrong reasons. This book gives a lot of great examples , there is a lot of information given. Most of the information is there to help you memorize the terminology and models given. You are not obliged to read every small detail of the book, however every paragraphs gives you a better understanding of a certain term which helps you build an association in your head and really get a strong feeling of what it is all about.
The book was in great condition just as the seller described! August 2, 2010 J. Bumpass (Denver, CO) This is required reading for my MBA marketing class, and suits the content of the class well. The seller shipped it quickly and it was in great condition just as described.
Great text book August 2, 2010 Princess This book has a lot of information that the author backs up with several examples, which is helpful when trying to understand the content. The only suggestion for improvement is for the author to be more distinguishing between headings, subheading, etc.
Important notice: Do not purchase any items from FJG-CA July 29, 2010 TA I purchased a book from FJG-CA. The book listed in the class notes was wrong. I purchased the wrong book for my class. I sent a message to FJG-CA requesting to return and have a credit issued. I have not received a response from FJG-CA. I am writting this review for other who may be purchasing from FJG-CA. If the book is damanged or you need to return, you may not get a response from the seller FJG-CA to fix the issue. I would be careful to purchase from a seller like FJG-CA, who only wants to talk when buying but not when there is an issue. This is why I give FJG-CA one stars.
